How do I report a bug or issue with the software?

To report a bug or software issue please raise a support ticket. 


You can raise a ticket by:

  • Selecting "Support" within the user menu in the Insytly portal 
  • Or, by emailing our support email: support@insytly.com


In the description please make it clear what the issue or bug is. Our team will respond to your ticket on the issue and provide details on when the bug or issue will be resolved.
