This can be done through the Insytly portal or by emailing our support email, which is support@insytly.com.

Secondly, you can contact us via a direct email address you may have in our company who is looking after your account and/or project.
Finally, we have a comprehensive knowledge base (which you are currently on to read this!). The knowledge base has a variety of articles and FAQ's available for you to search through to find the answers you may be looking for on our products and software platform.
