We value your feedback as it helps us improve our products and services. You can provide feedback through our ticketing system or via email. Here’s how:
- Create a support ticket when logged into your account on the Insytly platform
- Navigate to "Support" under the user menu within the navigation bar
- The support form will appear on your screen once you've clicked "Support"
- From the drop-down list for the title select "Provide Feedback"
- Put your feedback into the message box and select "Send Ticket"
- Our team will then receive this a ticket in our system and respond accordingly
- Email our support team
- You can email support@insytly.com
- Make sure to include a clear subject line for your email such as "Product Feedback" or "Service Feedback"
- Include your feedback in the body of your email, along with screenshots if applicable.
Additional Feedback Channels
- Surveys: Participate in periodic surveys that we send out to gather specific feedback on our products and services.
- Polls: We occasionally will put out a poll to vote on certain aspects of our service or products on Linkedin, you can participate here to provide valuable feedback.
