How do I provide feedback?

We value your feedback as it helps us improve our products and services. You can provide feedback through our ticketing system or via email. Here’s how:


  • Create a support ticket when logged into your account on the Insytly platform
    • Navigate to "Support" under the user menu within the navigation bar
    • The support form will appear on your screen once you've clicked "Support"
    • From the drop-down list for the title select "Provide Feedback"
    • Put your feedback into the message box and select "Send Ticket"
    • Our team will then receive this a ticket in our system and respond accordingly 
  • Email our support team
    • You can email support@insytly.com
    • Make sure to include a clear subject line for your email such as "Product Feedback" or "Service Feedback" 
    • Include your feedback in the body of your email, along with screenshots if applicable.

Additional Feedback Channels

  • Surveys: Participate in periodic surveys that we send out to gather specific feedback on our products and services.
  • Polls: We occasionally will put out a poll to vote on certain aspects of our service or products on Linkedin, you can participate here to provide valuable feedback.
