What should I do if my device stops working?

If your device stops working do not open the device, your warranty will be voided if you do so. 


Please contact support if your device has stopped working and our team will be able to help. 


Typically this will mean that you can return the device to us and we will issue a new device if the reason for the device not working does not void the warranty.
