You can raise a support ticket with us a couple of ways.
The first is through the Insytly portal when you're logged in with your account.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the bottom of the navigation bar where you will find your user details.
- By clicking on the user name/icon it will pop-out a user menu, as shown below:
- Select "Support" within this menu.
- The following screen will appear:
- Select a relevant title under the drop-down menu.
- Add a description of your issue in the message section. If you are on a device dashboard the message section will automatically populate with your device number.
- Click "Send Ticket" to finish.
Our support team aim to respond to all tickets within a 48 hour window, during the normal working week of Monday-Friday.

Provide a relevant subject line and description of your issue in your email. Please ensure to add your device number to your email if it is an issue relevant to a specific device.
