  • Impact: The potential impact of the issue.
  • Contact Information: Your name, email address, and phone number.

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 24 hours.
  • Initial Response: Our team will provide an initial assessment and follow-up questions or instructions within 3 business days.
