How do I load an existing template onto a device?

You can add a pre-made template to a device in two ways:

Adding a New Device

1. Choose a Template:
   • When adding a new device, you will be given the option to select a template. The pre-made templates for your organisation will appear in the selection under "Organisation Templates" in the drop-down list to the right.
   • The list of saved templates should then appear and you can select which one you would like to use for your newly added device.
2. Load the Template:
   • Select your desired template, and it will be loaded onto the device when it is added to your organisation.

Loading a Template to an Existing Device

1. Navigate to the Device Dashboard:
   • Go to the dashboard of the device you wish to edit.
2. Enter Edit Mode:
   • Click the Customise Dashboard button that appears in the side menu.
3. Open Template Selection:
   • Click the drop-down list to switch from Widgets to Templates.
4. Select from the List:
   • Search and scroll through the list of saved templates which will appear for your organisation in the list that appears. Select which template you would like to apply. Remember to select the Apply Changes button to save your selection.

1. If you update a template:
   • If you update an existing template you can save this by selecting the Update Template button. The following pop-out will appear to edit the template and apply it to all applicable devices if you would like to.
