Understanding the Hardware LED Status Codes

The LED status light is your first point of diagnosis. It is located on the underside of the device.

No Light
Powered Off / Sleep ModeNormal between reports if it is on the IY-LITE or IY-HUB unit with 15 minute report intervals.
If it never lights up, check power cables, connections, and the battery charge.
OrangeStarting Up / OTA Firmware UpdateNormal on first power-up or during an update. Do not disconnect power. Wait up to 30 minutes. If it persists, contact support.
RedAttempting Cellular ConnectionCheck that the 4G antenna is securely fitted. Check the signal strength (RSSI) for the device on the platform under device setting and the Connectivity tab; a value below 14 can cause reporting issues. Consider an external antenna if the signal is consistently weak.
GreenConnected to Cloud / Normal
No action needed. Your device is online and reporting.
