Understanding KPIs on the Mission Control Dashboard

Within the "Mission Control" dashboard, you will find several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) along the bottom of the map on your screen. These KPIs provide a general overview of all your connected assets.

Status of Devices (12hr)

  • Overview: This KPI shows the number of devices that are online or offline within the last 12 hours. Offline devices are those that are not reporting data.
  • Filtering: To identify which devices are offline, use the "Oldest Report" filter at the top of the asset list to the left of this KPI. This filter will show the devices that have been offline the longest. Typically, devices report every 15 minutes, though IY-HUB units may have different wake and sleep times.

Notification Types (24hr)

  • Overview: This KPI displays the number and types of notifications sent in the last 24 hours for your connected assets. The notification types include:
    • Geofence Triggered
    • Upper Fault
    • Lower Fault
    • Upper Warning
    • Lower Warning
  • Details: You can view the most recent notifications over all of your assets in the notification list tile on your fleet dashboard.

State of Charge (%)

  • Overview: This KPI shows the latest reports on battery state of charge across your fleet, categorised as follows:
    • 100%-61% (Green)
    • 60%-31% (Amber)
    • 30%-0% (Red)
  • Filtering: Use the filter drop-down menu in the asset list to the left of the KPIs to sort by "SOC% Lowest" or "SOC% Highest," allowing you to see which assets are performing best or worst in terms of their battery state of charge.
