What do the different colours of the LED status light mean on the device?

  • No Light: The device is either powered off or in sleep mode between reports. This is normal. If it never lights up, check your power source and connections.

  • Orange: The device is starting up or performing an over-the-air (OTA) firmware update. Do not disconnect power during this time.

  • Red: The device is attempting to connect to the cellular network but is struggling. Check your 4G antenna connection and the signal strength in the area.

  • Green: The device is connected to the cloud and operating normally.
