To edit the access right of users in your organisation you will need to go to "Users" under the "Organisation Settings" which can be found in the user menu within the navigation bar of the platform, as shown below:

You will then be directed to the following page:

Viewing Users and Access Rights

  • User List: Below the administrator, you will find a list of all other users currently in your organisation.
  • Access Rights: Each user’s access rights are displayed next to their name, controlled by toggles that indicate which permissions are enabled or disabled for them.

Navigating Access Rights

  • Icons at the Top: The areas of the platform that users can access are represented by icons located along the top of the screen.
  • Hover for Details: By hovering over each icon, you can see the relevant heading, providing a clear understanding of what each area represents.

This is shown below:

The icons relate to the following permissions which can be granted to users (in order from left to right):

  • View Dashboard
  • Edit Dashboard
  • View Comparison
  • Edit Comparison
  • View Switches
  • Edit Switches
  • View Notifications
  • View Location
  • Edit Device Settings
  • Edit Geofence
  • Add Devices
  • Edit User Permissions

Clicking on each toggle will enable or disable that specific access for a user.

Please Note: Only the admin and users with the "Edit User Permissions" toggle enabled can modify the access rights of other users.
