How are notifications sent?

Email:

  • Receive detailed notifications directly to your inbox. Emails include all relevant information about the event, such as the asset affected, the nature of the alert, and the time and date of the occurrence. 

Push Notifications:

  • If you use the Insytly app, you can receive push notifications directly on your mobile device. 

Within the Platform:

  • Notifications are also displayed on the Insytly platform. You can view alerts and updates within the dashboard, ensuring all team members are aware of the asset's status.

Custom Integrations:

  • For advanced users, Insytly supports integrations with other systems through APIs. This allows notifications to be forwarded to other platforms or systems you use for asset management. For example, this could be forwarding notifications onto a remote monitoring company that you use for your CCTV systems.
