Once you have successfully installed your device, you can add it to your account on the Insytly platform by following these steps:
Log In:
- Log into your Insytly account.
Navigate to Create:
- Locate the navigation bar and select "Create" near the bottom.
Select Device Type:
- A pop-up window will appear with options to create:
- Fleet Dashboard
- IY LITE
- IY HUB
- Virtual
- Select either "IY LITE" or "IY HUB" based on the unit you have installed.
- A pop-up window will appear with options to create:
Choose Tariff:
- On the "Tariff" page, select the tariff applicable to your use case.
- Click the right-pointing arrows at the bottom of the pop-up to continue.
Enter Basic Information:
- Input the basic information for your device:
- Device Name: Must be at least 3 characters long.
- Device Number: Found on the front of the device and the product box, consisting of 12 characters (a mix of numbers and letters). For ease of entry, you can also scan the QR code using your phone.
- Default Device Icon: Scroll through the options and select the icon that best represents your device.
- Once satisfied with the basic information, click the right-pointing arrows to proceed.
- Input the basic information for your device:
Set Up Dashboard:
- You can either create your own dashboard or select from pre-made templates.
- After making your selection, click the right-pointing arrows to continue.
Review Information:
- Review all the information you have entered.
- If you need to make any changes, use the left-pointing arrows to go back and edit.
- Once everything is correct, click the right-pointing arrows to finalise.
Your device will then be added to your organisation and will appear in your device list.
